Receiving and uploading of data captured from paper tool documents into electronic software and ensuring good quality data

Requirements:
- Matric or Equivalent (Essential)
- Computer literate
- Advance in excel
- Exceptional attention to details
- Ensure that data is not duplicate
- Ensure quality (consistency) of data
- Deadline orientation

Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Good numeracy skills are essential
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Planning and good organization skills
- Time management skills

Duties:
- Generate monthly reports
- Validate the authencity of data captured correctly
- Capture data on the relevant maintenance system
- Monitor completeness of data
