rnFluent in English and Afrikaans - Oshiwambo will be an added advantage.
rnExcellent communication and negotiation skills
rnComputer literate - Quickbooks , Word and Excel 2013
rnExcellent Telephone Etiquette
rnPrevious knowledge of telephonic debt collection will be an advantage.
rnPunctual, Neat and Friendly.
